I have something embarassing to reveal...
I made a Facebook business page yesterday. I resisted so long, because I never truly 'got' Facebook (well, that's still true) but I wanted another way to connect with people so, here it is. I uploaded quite a lot of eye-candy and I think I may try out some sort of poll later this week (daring, aren't I? *G*) so 'Likes' are very welcome!
Also embarassing: I bought new shoes from The Vegan Store and they're not of a practical nature. I couldn't help it - they were on sale, and vegan, and green, and strappy, you try resisting!
Have a look at the totally impractical shoes here
I have no idea where I'm going to wear them, considering most of the stuff I do is better suited for trainers or slip-on shoes. It's also brought my current number of shoe/boot pairs up to six, which seems a scandalous amount of shoes to own *G*
Oh, good for you! That's something I've only nearly managed myself (must get on with that...) I sort of don't get facebook either, but hey ho.
ReplyDeleteI will certainly pop off to press the like button.
Thank you (it's a tiny thrill when ever I get a new 'like' so far!)
ReplyDeleteI'll look out for your Facebook page eagerly <---hopefully now you know you've got people waiting you can take the last steps :D
Love the shoes, Hazel - never feel guilty about buying shoes, no matter how frivolous they may seem, they are an absolute NECESSITY to womankind. (Even if they are bright red with four and a half inch red wedge heels *ahem* - I don't feel guilty about buying those. Really.)
ReplyDeleteHehe, well I felt a proper twit when I wore the new shoes into the garden yesterday - having never bought actual stilettoes before, I had no idea you couldn't use them on soft ground, and so ended up flailing in the air while my heels sank straight down and got stuck! I felt so glamorous ;)
ReplyDelete(Four and a half inches? I'm in awe!)
Rofl - I've never really mastered stilettos - I have several pairs, but can only wear them if I'm absolutely assured that hubby will be there all night to hang onto (and even then I have to totter to the ladies' on my own!) Also, wedge heels don't sink ... (yep, they really are that high, but they're slightly platform and I can even walk by myself in them!) ;D
